I’ll complete updates, fixes, and make improvements quickly and efficiently without having to go back and forth for weeks with feedback.

Book Your Day
Reach out and let me know a little bit about what you need done so I can make sure this service will be right for you and then I’ll offer some available dates.
Once ready to book in you’ll sign the contract and put down a 50% deposit to hold the dates in my calendar.

Prep Work
Send me your wishlist and we’ll discuss the details and goal of what you want to be achieved. I’ll have you invite me to your site and upload any necessary assets (think branding, copy, images).
I’ll make sure I have all of the info & assets before your Development Day so I can start right away.

Day of Work
I’ll dive right in and start with the priority items on your list and get to any additional items on your wish list if time permits.
I’ll have a check-in point for any questions and feedback so I can implement those before the end of the day.

Support
At the end of the day, I’ll send a walkthrough video with instructions on how to edit and maintain the site.
The project fee remainder is due at this time and you’ll have 7 days post support for any small issues or tweaks that arise.

This is for designers working on a Squarespace website who need help with customizations or finishing a site.
This is for businesses with an existing Squarespace website that need updates, website strategy or customizations.

It depends! Website updates such as new pages, or adding new content in can be relatively quick. While tasks that require coding may take longer.
Before your day we’ll discuss your to-do list and I’ll let you know what’s realistic. We’ll talk about what the priority items are and I’ll start with those items.

My experience allows me to work quickly and efficiently. However, you’re booking my time, not specific deliverables.
We’ll chat before the day on what I think I can get done and I’ll start with the priority items to make sure the most important tasks are done first. But if I’m not able to complete everything we will chat about options which are another Dev Day or maybe a small scoped one off project based on what you need. Or if it’s very minimal then it will be worked into the 7 days of support.

We will chat beforehand about this because it does depend a bit on your time zone and if you can be available, but ideally you are somewhat online that day. I do get all the information I need before the Dev Day so I can dive right into the work on the day. But, I’ll have a check-in point for any questions and feedback so I can implement those before the end of the day.

No worries, I’m flexible and we’ll talk before the day on how it will run. Either we’ll split the Dev Day over two days, giving you time to review and get back with feedback or if we think there will be minimal feedback that can be worked into the 7 days of support.

You may reschedule up to 7 days before your reserved date. The rescheduled date must be within 60 days of the originally booked date. Payments are non-refundable.

Support includes the opportunity to ask for small revisions to work already completed on the booked day and answering any questions about the changes by email or video tutorial. Additional work is not included.

Yes I do! But I like to first use the Squarespace settings and features to their full potential before adding any code. I will add code to achieve the design, but I try to do it in a smart way so that the site is still accessible to your client so they can easily maintain the site.
