Squarespace Support Calls

Book a personalized 1-hour session with me via Google Meet. Through screen sharing and real-time discussion, I'll help you tackle your website challenges, whether that's reviewing your site, working through your to-do list, or answering your questions. I can either handle the updates myself or teach you how to do it yourself. Sometimes you just need to ask someone to know how to proceed and to get unstuck.

$200 CAD for a 60 minute session

Please note if you need help with custom code, 3rd party integrations or are in a different time zone and need a custom time contact me first to make sure I can help.

The Process

  • Book Your Call

    When you book you’ll select a day and time, (if there isn’t a date and time that works for you, contact me to inquire about other availabilities) and select “Next.”

    Fill in the form fields including what you’d like to get done during our call. It doesn’t have to be fully fleshed out, but having an idea of your needs before the call is helpful. Then select “Schedule Event”

    Fill in the payment information to pay and you’re all booked in!

  • Prep Work

    After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and a request for access to your Squarespace site. I'll review your task list and reach out if I need any clarification about your requests.

  • On The Call

    We will meet at the designated day and time via video call, you’ll receive the video link beforehand. On the call we’ll screen share and we will go through your to do list. I’ll answer your questions, and make live updates if necessary. I can make updates for you, or I can guide you through making the updates yourself.

    The session is 60 minutes so it’s best to prioritize the to do list, if we don’t get through everything by the end of the 60 minutes you can book another time slot for another day and time.

  • Support

    We’ll wrap up about 10 minutes before the end of our session and will talk about next steps. After the call I’ll follow up via email with a summary of the next steps and any resources we talked about on the call. After that I’m available by email for small wrap up questions.

FAQs

  • Please keep in mind that you are not purchasing a completed deliverable, but 60 minutes of my time. Although I will work as quickly and efficiently as I can, there is no guarantee that we will be able to complete all of your to do list in one session. If other tasks are remaining, you can book another hour to wrap things up.

  • After you book a call I’ll email you to ask for access to your Squarespace website, I will send instructions on how. You’ll also need a list of tasks and/or questions you’d like to tackle so we can make the most of our time together.

  • You will be able to reschedule, but there are no cancellations. Payments are non-refundable. Please be sure this is a good fit for you before booking.

  • I’m in Toronto, eastern time zone, but I’m flexible. If none of the time slots works for you please reach out and we can find a time that works.

  • My experience allows me to work quickly and efficiently. However, you’re booking my time, not specific deliverables. You have the option to book more sessions if you would like additional help.

  • I’ll send an email after our call with any resources and next steps we talked about on the call and I’m available by email for small wrap up questions.

  • Reach out to me and let me know what you need done. I’ll let you know if this service is best or if I think another works better.
